1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aca67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aca67 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotions, and all associated features and content (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account on aca67, accessing any part of the platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must have only one active account on the aca67 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Account Security

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued on aca67 carry an expiry date, which will be stated in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirements associated with a bonus are not met within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account balance automatically at expiry.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the aca67 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following behaviours are explicitly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the aca67 platform, whether under the same or a different name, email address, or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the aca67 platform, games, or betting markets.

7 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aca67 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

8 Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond aca67's reasonable control.
